By creating an account, uploading documents, purchasing similarity reports, or utilizing any of our AI detection or humanizing services, you (“User”, “Client”, or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to all conditions set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.

PlagiSure operates as an independent academic verification and pre-submission editorial advisory service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an official subsidiary of Turnitin, LLC or Advance Publications, Inc. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site belong to their respective proprietors.

2. Non-Repository Checking Guarantee & Data Safety

PlagiSure provides a legally binding 100% Non-Repository Guarantee for all documents processed through our platform. All scans are executed exclusively under licensed academic instructor environments configured with strict “No Repository / No Database Storage” parameters.

Under this guarantee:

• Your submitted text is compared against active web pages, scholarly journal repositories, and prior student archives in temporary volatile memory.
• Your manuscript is never indexed, saved, cached, or added to Turnitin’s Global Student Repository or any publicly searchable database.
• Subsequent scans of the same manuscript conducted by your university, professors, or examination boards will evaluate your document as a completely novel submission with zero self-match overlap resulting from PlagiSure.

3. Service Scope, Pricing & Delivery SLAs

PlagiSure delivers automated and instructor-assisted plagiarism originality reports and AI detection analyses starting at a baseline rate of $1.50 USD per single manuscript submission. Document rechecks of revised drafts are provided at $2.00 USD.

Delivery Timeframe (SLA): Standard Turnitin similarity reports are typically generated and made available for dashboard download and email delivery within 15 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation. While we strive to meet this benchmark for 100% of orders, occasional network latencies, high volume institutional queues, or massive manuscripts (>100,000 words) may extend processing times up to 60 minutes.

4. Turnitin AI Detection & Probabilistic Disclaimers

Turnitin AI detection assigns an estimated percentage score based on sentence perplexity and burstiness.

Users acknowledge that AI detection algorithms are statistical estimation models and do not constitute definitive legal proof of artificial intelligence authorship. PlagiSure provides the exact raw, unmodified output generated by Turnitin’s neural classifier. PlagiSure makes no warranty that university evaluation committees will interpret AI scores in any particular manner.

5. AI Content Removal & Humanizing Services

Where a User engages PlagiSure’s AI Content Removal service, professional academic editors manually rewrite flagged passages to eliminate statistical machine patterns while retaining 100% of the User’s original citations, arguments, and thesis logic.

Every completed AI removal order includes a complimentary Turnitin verification report demonstrating an AI score of less than 5%. In the unlikely event that a delivered document returns an AI score above 5% on our post-delivery verification check, PlagiSure provides free revisions until the threshold is satisfied.

6. Payment Processing & Gateway Terms

All financial transactions on PlagiSure are processed exclusively through Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment infrastructure. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Verve), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized bank transfer channels. PlagiSure does not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers on our servers.

7. Refund Policy & Cancellation

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of report generation, payments are non-refundable once an official Turnitin scan has commenced or the PDF report has been delivered. However, full refunds or service credits are issued under the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on PlagiSure’s servers resulting in inability to generate the report within 3 hours.
• Duplicate billing or erroneous multiple charges processed by the payment gateway.
• Corrupt or unreadable file formats where our support team is unable to manually extract and process the text.

8. User Warranties & Academic Integrity Ethics

By utilizing PlagiSure, you warrant that you are the rightful author, owner, or authorized educational licensee of the submitted manuscript. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content. You further agree that PlagiSure reports are intended solely as educational diagnostics to aid in citation accuracy, source attribution, and ethical academic writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlagiSure, its directors, employees, and editorial affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from academic institutional grading decisions, faculty disciplinary hearings, or university admission outcomes. In no event shall PlagiSure’s aggregate liability exceed the total fee paid by the User for the specific transaction in dispute.
